The Owner of list xxxxx got notification from [log in to unmask]
that a subscriber to xxxxx was removed from xxxxx by "[log in to unmask]"

Now, "maint" is _not_ an Owner of xxxxx, nor is xxxxx on zzzzz.yyy.ab.

So, what privileges does "maint" have to remove the subscriber on some
other system? Is "maint" some kind of special userid recognized by
LISTERV as having privileges to remove subscribers on maint's host
from _any_ LISTSERV in the world to which subscriber is subscribed?
Does maint have to be on a host that is running a LISTSERV, and does
maint have to be the LISTERV admin on that host, in order to inherit
these privileges?

Are there other such special "remote" userids?
