It seems that there a several mailers around that will truncate
a file (digest, get or other).  This due to a period in column
one of a postings for whatever reason.  Sometimes its due to folks
emailing messages over 80 columns and listserv wraps leaving a
lone period.
 
Anyway, is there some way for these folks to receive these files?  Is
there a special "get" option?   Is there some email header option?
