Different bits and pieces are found in various templates here and there.
  If the URL you're interested in is specific to a particular list then
it probably will be found in one of the templates affiliated with the
list.  If it relates to the whole site you'll need to locate the
site-level template.  Look around in the web administration interface
template editor.  Or if you have direct filesystem access to the server,
run a grep/find script across the files - but be aware the URL itself
might not actually be in a file, it may be a composite of symbolic values.
