For some  reason my PUT LINKWST  FILE did not  reach the states. I  guess it
ended up  being distributed via  one of the  Italian LISTSERVs which  for some
reason never work satisfactorily  (when the link to them is  not just down for
good). I  sent a PUT to  BITNIC and we'll see  what happens. LISTSERV@ICNUCEVM
should soon  be operational  and this  will probably solve  our problem  as it
appears to be more reliable than IBACSATA.
