Hi. Two topics this time: 1) so far, I received four licence agreements,
and I am going to send the code to the one site that did not already
have LISTSERV running. I am changing Eric's Installation manual a bit,
so that's why it got delayed.
 
How similar the LISTSERV 1.5o and LISTEARN 1.5o? Very. There are perhaps
5 or 6 patches to the original 1.5o. So, unless there is a request, I
won't ship the code to the sites that sent the license agreement (..that
already have 1.5o)
 
2) PEERS NAMES was distributed, with mixed results. About half of the
sites do not have me defined in their BITEARN SYSVARS. Here is a list
of who hasn't defined me. If you see your site listed, please make
