Can't login through web interface - aix

Just starting to use our new system.  Using Apache.  I can browse archives for public lists, but the login screen never connects.  No errors - the Netscape logo just spins forever.  Worked yesterday.  Where should I look for a problem?
Really new a this unix stuff.  Listserv is sending and receiving mail fine.
