I received UPD15K MEMO from a LISTSERV distribution sometime in the last
day.  LISTSERV's console log shows that it distributed it to me, and
some time later, shows that it distributed the UPD15K update package and
forwarded it.  It said it transferred the file to me.
 
I don't have it!  LISTSERV doesn't have it!  I'm confused! (I know, what
else is new...)
