Can I delete the *.JOBH files that correspond to held jobs from the
spool directory directly, or is there a better way?

I seem to have stuck jobs that stick when LISTSERV crashes (which it
does 2-3 times per day) and they do not go away. Every time the system
crashes I get one new stuck job..

Suggestions?
