Generating a database of list owners

Is there a method within ListServ to generate a 'list' of the all list owners?
One of our administrators wants to track all list owners we host here and be able to contact them by using a list. 
Is there a central list owners file that we could copy and setup such a list?
Any comments or suggestions would be most welcome.
