In the $SIGNUP template I want to include the URL for the standard "Join
or leave the list" webpage (e.g.,
http://www.domain.net/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=listname&A=1).  However, when the
message is received the URL appears as:
http://www.domain.net/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=listname&A;=1 [NOTICE the ";"
between the "A" and the "=").

Is there any way to suppress the ";"?

I've tried replacing the "=" with %3D, but to no avail.
