Just recently I began receiving (as our local Listserv Postmaster) lots of
the following memos from Listserv:

Received a file from LISTSERV@PUCC for distribution with no recipient for
the  local server.  Probable inconsistence  in routing  tables. Remaining
recipients are being handled by this server.
