There is no FAQ about listserv for end users.  But why do you need
a FAQ if there is good documentation ? (Look at the DOC FILELIST at
node EARNCC).
 
On the other hand, if you want an overview of all the Usenet FAQ's,
they are on listserv@blekul11 (start with getting NETFAQS FILELIST).
