To get weekly stats, you have to  manually order the stats and reset them
every week. The  statistics function is very old and  has to be rewritten
from scratch. It was designed to  measure actual network load in the days
of  peered lists,  nowadays it  doesn't measure  anything meaningful  any
longer.
