As a list editor, I get the postings with the original headers and a note that
includes the phrase
 
"If you simply forward it back to the list, it will be distributed with the"
 
Now what?  Should I be doing something to get RESENT headers put on it?  How do
I get it back to the list.  What does "simply forward" mean?
