I am new to setting up Listserv as our company is getting ready to go online
with one.  I have my header pretty much setup the way I want, except I am
missing one thing.

When I "approve" a new subscriber, that new subscriber does not receive
notification (or Welcome message).  I get an email back stating that no
notification will be sent.

Am I missing something obvious?
