Must have been a particularly stupid filter or configured by someone that
has never heard of the Scunthorpe Problem that AOL encountered 14 years
ago.

I ran into a filter that triggered on the F-bomb which was found in the
middle of a base64 encoded binary attachment.  I kept a copy of that one
for my wall of shame.

Monitoring after implementing ANY new system or change is a must!!
