I love this quote:

"DMARC helps to reduce the potential for email-based abuse, such as
phishing emails and email spoofing, by solving issues related to email
authentication protocols. The receiver of the email performs email
authentication by using the well-known Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and
DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) mechanisms. "

Too bad so many phishing emails come from account's they couldn't keep
secure. And most of the rest come from other compromised accounts which
are going to pass DMARC or SPF or any other test based on message origin.
