The following page/program,
http://www.lsoft.com/scripts/wl.exe?SS1=CHARITYCHANNEL.COM, has reliably
reported information on our site for several years.  I have asked, on this
list in the recent past, about the timeliness of the information.

A couple of days ago, I noticed that the information on the page was not
updating.  Then, I noticed that, instead of any information at all, I
receive a message on the page that says, "No information is available about
this site."

Questions:  1) how can I "re-activate" the report?  2) what can I do to
assure the report's accuracy and timeliness?
