Are you supposed to be sending a PEERS NAMES to all Listserv sites (both
EARN and non-EARN)?  Our Listserv is receiving the updates from you...
and rejecting them, of course.
 
I thought you were to send only to EARN Listserv sites.  (It's much
more comforting that only the true updater tries to update a master
file, especially if the wrong update somehow did get applied! >:-p )
