With 1.7e, anything after "yes," is a comment. Not what you intended, but
it works, putting the archives on the  A-disk, which by the way is a very
bad idea. With 1.7f LISTSERV does what you intended, which is not and has
never been  valid. The D-disk is  a scratch disk, LISTSERV  is allowed to
erase any file on that disk without warning.
