I am a ListServ 14.5 site administrator.  Recently several list owners have started complaining that the Cc: is not included in distributed E-Mail  We are mainly using Outlook 2007 for our E-Mail client.

When I change the subscriber options to IETF, the Cc: properly appears but the subject tag is lost.  When I select SUBJECTHDR, I get the tag, but no Cc:

How do I enable the Cc: line when SUBJECTHDR is selected.
