The command " BOTTOM_BANNER" in the DIGEST keyword of the list will put the
bottom banner only at the end of the digest

ex:
DIGEST= Yes, Same, Daily, 14:00, Size(1250), BOTTOM_BANNER

I checked the archives and couldn't locate anything on this question, but
apologies if it's been handled before:

In 1.8d the bottom banner would appear once, at the top, if the
digest.  Now, in 1.8e, it appears at the top, then after each and every
item in the digest.  Is there any way to have the bottom banner appear just
once, at the top, as in 1.8d?
