Without any background details at all as to what version of Listserv you use
for hosting your lists, which operating system is involved, and which mail
transport agent is in use on the Listserv box, answering your question in any
specific detail is impossible. You didn't even mention the names of your lists
or the name of the Listserver that hosts them. As such, I suggest only that
you
make sure your Listserv is actually running. Ditto for your system's mail
transport agent. If you're not the system administrator who is responsible for
your Listserver, then you should contact that individual and explain the
problem
to him or her.
