You can also set the Send setting to Editor, and use the Editor keyword to specify a list of addresses that have permission to send to the list.  You would also add the "hold" and "confirm" options for the Send setting.  If you set Send to "owner" only list owners can send to the list but with Editor you can grant permission to send to non-owners.



By the way, this is a question better suited to the LSTOWN-L list.

For announce only lists, I recommend editing the list header and adding/changing to the following settings:



Send= owner,confirm

Reply-to= Sender,ignore
