For the 3476837487384th  time on this list, it is  not possible for every
single site in the network to install  the new BITEARN NODES at the exact
same second, nor is it possible for everyone to receive and apply LINKSWT
FILE  updates at  the same  time. So,  the file  may contain  entries for
things in the nodes file you were running 1 week ago, or the one you will
be running in 1 week. This problem  will be gone with 1.7 (which ought to
become  available soon),  but meanwhile  there are  still major  topology
changes going  on and  if I  don't update LINKSWT  FILE, traffic  for the
south pole will be routed via the north pole.
