DBMS Issue Transfering Lists from one LISTSERV to another

CAn anyone advise what the proper instructions are to transfer a DBMS
LISTSERV List to another LISTERV server using DBMS?

We're using LISTSERV 1.8d, on Windows 2000 server, with MS SQL 7 as the
DBMS backend. The list is being transfered to a server with the same specs
as above.
