I  have a list that has
*  Send= Editor
*  Editor= (other listname)
*  Moderator= [log in to unmask]
 
 
If someone sends a post to a person on the "other listname" (but not
the "real" moderator, and that other person then "bounces" it to the
list, the post is being sent to the moderator and not being approved.
Is that what is supposed to happen?  Should the message not be sent
anyway because the Sender: tag now has someone's address who is listed
as an Editor?
