According to Eric Thomas:

l-hcap is set up as:
Owner = user1
Owner = quiet:,user2
Owner = quiet:,user3
Owner = user4
Owner = quiet;,user5
Notice the commas. Also notice that user1 and user4 are both non-quiet
owners (hmmm, there should be a better term for that). This was all set
up by Marty Hoag at ndsuvm1, who was forced to set my address in a dozen
different formats before I finally got on Internet.
Eric, are there functional differences between these two methods?
