OK.. So Listserv says "Mail posted via SMTP to [log in to unmask]".  So
LSMTP has accepted it.  Now check the LSMTP logs.  One of 3 things has
happened:

1) It's still in the queue.  If so, it should have a reason why attached to it.
2) It has bounced, and you missed the bounce message.  If so, the LSMTP logs
should say what happened.
3) It has been handed off to another mailserver.  In this case, contact the
manager of THAT mailserver, and start over with this same list of 3 things.

Repeat until you either find the message still in a queue, or it has been
delivered to a user (who may have missed it or accidentally deleted it), or
you find where it bounced.  It *is* possible that a message was lost
without a bounce (for instance, in a system crash), but it's exceedingly rare
that a mail would dissapear totally without trace or explanation.

Yes, I've been in the "well... we lost between 15 and 97 pieces of mail when
the disk barfed, and the logs are toast for those 27 minutes" - but at least
in that case I could at least pin it down *that* far. ;)
