Delay for posted messages

Hi,
Is it possible to delay posted messages (not DISTRIBUTION Jobs) for a period of time before being distributed?  I am aware of the 'PRIME' keyword but for my purpose, it would not apply.  I'd need the distribution of the mailing to be delayed x hours from the time it was posted.  I'm also aware of the AFTER= JOB card option for Distribution jobs.
