Yes.  From my own *local point of view* it appears they applied a block
against a specific list, a low-volume professional one notable for NOT
causing problems.  I reacted the same way I always do when mail is blocked,
by deleting the subscribers from the list and deleting the blocked mail.
I was somewhat suprised that the deletion notices were delivered almost
immediately, without any problems visible to me.

I don't follow their logic at all... if I had to guess I'd guess that
someone who was trying to WHITE list multiple recipient mail FUBAR'ed
and BLACK listed it by accident.
