BITEARN NODESUM superseded in the next release

The  BITEARN NODESUM  file (a  file internal  to LISTSERV  and containing
various information about  NJE nodes) will no longer be  available in the
next  release of  LISTSERV; it  is superseded  by a  file called  BITEARN
NODESUM2 whose  format is  not compatible.  If you  happen to  have local
EXEC's relying on the BITEARN NODESUM file, they will have to be modified
to  obtain information  from the  new LSVNNI()  function instead.  Please
contact me if this is the case.
