What value do other sites use for MAXGETK (the maximum number of kilobytes of
data a user may obtain a day via GET requests)?  I run with the default of
256, but I have a feeling that I should raise it.  The question is: how big
should I make it?
 
Also, what is a good way to explain this limit to someone who thinks that such
a limitation shouldn't even exist?
