Back in late March of 2001 WebTV cut off mail from Maelstrom without
warning, ostensibly in response to Spam.  Since Maelstrom is a dedicated
list distribution engine and mail system that does not support relay
StJohn's will be unable to address any of WebTV's concerns until they
provide specific examples of UCE that we can act upon.  Until then,
StJohn's will support WebTV's campaign by eliminating any outbound mail
to the WebTV.net domain.
