I had to write a CGI script to list ALL non-Confidential lists
(whether or not they had archives).  It was easy enough to do,
but I've always wondered why the LISTSERV web interface didn't
provide this by default.

Maybe they thought the list or table it would generate if you
have a lot of lists would be too unwieldy.  We have 200 and
growing.
