Phil: sent in the order they appear on the list.
 
Richard: this problem is solved in 1.4. You can now have Reply-to= List,Respect
         on peer servers.
 
Richard again: the  reason LISTSERV rejected the mailfile you  had to resend is
               the comma in the "From:" tag (From: nianiania, Postmaster <u@n>)
               This was fixed in 1.3d I think (but only Harri has it). Then the
               fix was re-fixed to be more general, in 1.3f (Harold's).
