I was asked some time ago if I would make my node a LISTSERV backbone.
At the time our 4381-P13 running VM/SP4 was somewhat overburdened.  We
are now running VM/XA 2.1 on a 4381-R14 (twice the memory and CPU), so
I am entertaining the request.  Just what additional resources and
obligations would this "upgrade" entail (from a non-Backbone LISTSERV?)
