If you are  unable to reboot your  server after the "Error 32  from CARD LOAD"
installation problem,  it is  --> PROBABLY <--  due to the  fact that  the new
LSVINIT got  loaded but the  new LSVFILER  did not. In  that case, if  you are
unable to  restore the previous  set of files from  backups, please do  a TELL
LISTSERV AT CEARN GET LSVFILER MODULE  (that's only 4k), and install this file
on your server. It ought to reboot successfully after that.
 
As  I previously  said,  any information  about the  possible  source of  this
problem would be greatly appreciated.
