All:

I've written about this before, but I haven't really received an answer that
makes much sense.

When I post a message to a list I am subscribed to the following behavior
occurs:

I post the message.
On the server, I see the message as .jobh -- the list is not held.
I receive an ACK from the server with the following information:

Your message dated Wed, 28 Aug 2002 14:32:24 -0500 with subject "Test post"
has  been  successfully  distributed   to  the  B_AWARD  list  (7
recipients).

The message never is delivered to any of those on the list.

What can possibly be causing this ?

I am pulling my hair out over this.  Please let me know if you can help out
in any way.
