My company is thinking about setting up a mailing list, to the best
of my knowledge our first. Is there any FAQ I could peruse to guide
me in terms of choice of software, and some of the intricacies
involved? A sort of beginners guide to mailing list management. I
suspect we'd be running on a Unix machine.
