One user's posts were always (100%) stripped HTML when posted to a
list-A.  That user could post HTML to other lists, other users can post
HTML to the list-A.  I deleted the user from list-A, because I read from
the forum that it might have something to do with old header style
(SHORTHDR) when the list was created (the user's preference was
'sendmail' - not SHORTHDR before I deleted), and re-created the
account.  The user posted to list-A today, and it came out as plain text
(i.e. no HTML).

I could not see any difference when comparing users of list-A, and no
difference in list configurations of the lists that user could post
HTML, and could not (to that list-A).

The problem has going on for months.

Any one can solve this puzzle?  Thank.
