        This is intresting.  Not what I would expect (that the default
options are applied to posts from non-subscribers), but it does make sence
especialy in regard to posting options.  What we have (and I think it
would do the same thing) is:

*  Send= Editor,Hold
*  Editor= [log in to unmask],(MAD-GLBT)

        It therefor accepts posts from list subscribers, and sends
non-subscriber messages, and messages from subscribers on review to me.
It has worked quite well.  Well, at least as far as I know...
