Hi,

I did some testing with the new Listserv version 16.0.  Everything seem to be OK , but I noticed that  when in the name there are French accents, the a with an accent grave (à) is replaced by the character �.  All the other accent characters work fine.



I tried to force DEFAULTCHARSET to ISO-8859-1 without success.



Can anyone help me on how to cope with that issue?
