We now have our own SMTP service on OSUVM1.  Currently, Listserv is selecting
PUCC from DOMAIN NAMES as the gateway for all Internet distributions (that are
not aliases of Bitnet nodes).  What must I do to get Listserv to use our local
Mailer or SMTP?  Do I need to declare myself as a gateway and get added to
Domain names, or is there some local override?
