There is a mailer at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT)
which is returning strange rejection mail.  To prevent any further loops
on this returned mail, I strongly suggest that ALL listserv postmasters
issue the command:
 
     SERVE Postmaster@BCIT OFF
 
to your listserv.  Especially those which handle addresses in Canada.
