Came in this morning and found Listserv in a continual loop.  It is
generating a repetitious error report, by the thousands.  Last known
proper functionality was prior to the following console log excerpt.
I've also included a copy of the looping report.
 
I suspect that this was caused from trying to maintenance our site
while we were in the process of swapping out CPUs.
 
Listserv has been stopped/restarted with no results, and is currently
offline.  Would appreciate any thoughts.
