AFD GET previously did not support asterisks in the filename/type, except
for postmasters. I  had inadvertently omitted to test this  and get you a
cleaner error message for this case.  I have thought over the whole thing
and decided that it was legitimate to want  to AFD GET * *, so I modified
LSVAFD to  support it. It  takes LONGER than  when you are  a postmaster,
since I must check authorization for all the files in the filelist.
