I thought that's what the Respect keyword meant.  As in "respect
anything the user puts there, but use reply-to-list if the user
doesn't put anything there."  So I think that if you want to
override anything users put there, you just remove the Respect
keyword.  I'm not positive about this though.  Hope this helps a
