 This is a weekly newsletter.

Auto-Delete= Yes,Full-Auto,Delay(2),Max(1),Probe(0)

If the failing address bounces 1 in 2 days then the subscriber would be
dropped from the list correct? 
Is that how I would read the above?

Ah, OK.  That would result in an address being removed if there were more
than 2 bounces in 90 days.  If you want addresses to be removed after
bouncing for two consecutive mailings I would use Max(1) instead of
Max(2).
