ATTACHMENTS= NO 1.8d

Hello,

I have listserv 1.8d. For security reason i try to set * ATTACHMENTS= NO but
when change de header of the list, listserv say:

* ATTACHMENTS= NO
Warning: There is no keyword by that name - check the spelling.

Suggestions?
